- HOW TO USE – You just need to pop these balloons until the New Year’s Eve. Pop the ‘8 pm’ balloon at 8:00 PM, and so on. At 11:59 pm, just before the New Year’s Eve, get ready to pop the confetti balloon and welcome the new year with a bang!
